Reflecting throughout the course of this project, I found rather pertinent information related to working in group settings as an Honors student. The experience was definitely interesting as it gave me a new opportunity to experience group work as an Honors student and developing a stronger understanding of equal group work and healthy communication. Learning within the college environment about what makes someone a strong communicator and collaborator was something that made this experience helpful to my development as an Honors student. Overall, this experience really opened my mind more into understanding my peers and hear how everyone works differently and finding good compromises and structures that fit into everyone's strengths. Trying to utilize this experience definitely helped to develop my communication skills and understanding what makes productive communication among my peers in academic settings.
